ABOUT IDEAL
Established in 1985, our instructors have over 35 years of experience in the driver training industry. Ideal Driving School is one of the longest-running driving schools in Peterborough, with thousands of learners passing with us. We have both male and female driving instructors, and teach in new model Hybrid automatic and manual cars.

We provide affordable driving lessons that are available 7-days a week. We also teach on weekends at no extra charge, and can offer lessons late evenings at request (see hour business hours). As well as traditional driving lessons, we also offer intensive and semi-intensive courses, to get you onto the road as quickly and safely as possible. We are also able to secure you early test dates.
We are also able to secure you early Fast-Track Priority test dates.

AFFORDABLE LESSONS in peterborough
£40 per hour
We offer some of the most competitively priced driving lessons in Peterborough in both manual and automatic cars. Our individual lessons start from just £40 an hour per lesson (automatic/manual)
We pick-up pupils at no extra charge if they live within the Peterborough City Centre region, and charge a small supplementary fee for outer areas.
fast-track priority TEST DATES
Ideal Driving School is able to secure our pupils a Fast-Track Priority Practical Test date, which is often within one month.
This is up to 3-months quicker than the waiting times from the DVSA.
INTENSIVE & SEMI-INTENSIVE COURSES
pass within a month
If you are aiming to pass in a shorter period of time, we offer semi-intensive and intensive courses which can range from 1 - 8 weeks (based on previous experience). We can get you a test date booked for the end of this course.
